Editorial Condolences
It is with profound sorrow that we learned of the passing of Professor H. Nooshin. He was a pioneer in the field of space structures, notably resolving key challenges in configuration problems through his innovative development of Formex algebra, which has significantly advanced the configuration processing of space structures. His mentorship was instrumental to numerous PhD students at the University of Surrey, and he generously shared his expertise by delivering numerous courses during his annual visits to Kerman University in Iran.
Professor Nooshin also served as a distinguished member of the editorial boards for both of our scientific journals published by Iran University of Science and Technology & Road, Housing and Urban Development Research Center, where his contributions were highly valued and influential. We extend our deepest condolences and wish for his soul eternal peace. May God envelop him in His boundless compassion and mercy, and may he be eternally remembered alongside the esteemed scientists of our nation who have passed away. |
